1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.Account Registration & Eligibility

Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, luck88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any winnings or bonus credits held therein.

2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. luck88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 All financial transactions on the luck88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). luck88 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions.

3.2 The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. luck88 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction request.

3.4 Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the Player's Account must have completed full KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and had approved their identity documentation may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is complete.

3.5 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on the Player's Account. luck88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.

3.7 All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment instruments will be refunded and may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting Bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple Accounts will have their Bonus entitlement cancelled and may have their Account closed.

5.Game Rules & Sports Betting
